Personally for my taste, the impregnation and gestation times are what really interest me. The rest of the story is basically background and filler. Hellworld was awesome in this aspect, although I wish they hadn't escaped, or if they had escaped, they had still been forced to carry the new creatures to term.

Would it be possible to do a story where a larger number of girls are impregnated, and after this happens they actually walk around for a while and do things before the births occur?

The psychological aspect of it could really be intriguing.

For example, there could be an attack on a girl's dormitory at a college, the girls could all get impregnated, but then rather than the pregnancies progressing quickly in a few frames, they could end up walking around for a while, trying to escape, trying to find help. They could talk with each other about what it felt like to be impregnated, what it feels like as their bellies get bigger and bigger, discussing their fears about what's going to happen in the end, and then they could kinda hold each others hands and help each other as they give birth one after another.

The idea of a bunch of impregnated girls watching the first one give birth, holding their own bellies, feeling their creatures move inside them, and knowing that the same fate is waiting for them too seems like it could be very engrossing for the reader.

Just my suggestion, tell me what you think.

Something is happening in Spacelab-51 which is like this... but basically it involves the crew and what happens.

In future stories, plus a new comic nearing completion is called "The Breeders" which pretty much says everything. So I think you're getting close to what is unfolding in one story...
